Shipping & Damaged Goods Policy

Your CPR sign will be shipped via Aramex Couriers or Australia Post, depending on the delivery address.

  • PO Boxes: Orders addressed to PO Boxes will be shipped exclusively via Australia Post.

  • Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all signs within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

  • Delivery Timeframes: Transit typically takes 1–4 business days, though actual delivery times may vary depending on location and courier performance.

We take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage, but unfortunately, accidents in transit can occur.


Damaged Goods Claim Process

If your item arrives damaged, it is covered under transit insurance up to $100 through Australia Post (included in your purchase).
Please follow the appropriate steps below depending on which carrier delivered your item:


If delivered by Australia Post:

  1. Retain all packaging materials — this is essential for the inspection process.

  2. Photograph the damaged item and packaging.

  3. Contact us immediately via the contact form on our website.

  4. Take the item and packaging to your nearest Australia Post office for assessment and to lodge a claim.

  5. The addressee must lodge the claim, and must present photo ID (driver’s licence or similar) as required by Australia Post.

  6. If your local post office says they are a franchise and cannot process the claim, request a GREEN PM26 form. They can access this internally to complete your claim.

  7. Complete the form, including the tracking number (this links your parcel to our sender details).

  8. Australia Post will assess the damage and retain the item and packaging. You will be given a receipt and reference number.

  9. Send us a photo of the receipt/reference number, and we will ship you a replacement sign.


If delivered by Aramex:

  1. Retain all packaging materials.

  2. Photograph the damaged item and packaging.

  3. Notify us via the website contact form within 24 hours of delivery – Aramex will not accept claims submitted outside this timeframe.

  4. We will guide you through lodging a claim with Aramex for a replacement.
