In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Evacu8 Solutions Pty Ltd trading as CPR Signs. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, website user, purchaser or person accessing the website.

Any CPR, DRSABCD, resuscitation, emergency or first aid information shown on our products is provided for general safety information only.

It does not constitute medical advice, first aid training, CPR certification, emergency response training or a substitute for instruction from an accredited training provider.

In an emergency, you should contact emergency services and follow instructions from qualified emergency personnel.

We accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from reliance on signage information as a substitute for proper training, professional advice or emergency assistance, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate information, including your name, contact details, delivery address and payment information.

An order is not accepted until it has been confirmed by us. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where:

  • product information or pricing is incorrect;

  • a product is unavailable;

  • payment is not received or is reversed;

  • the order appears fraudulent, abusive or suspicious;

  • delivery cannot reasonably be made to the supplied address;

  • the order appears to be placed by a reseller, distributor or automated system without approval;

  • we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item, unless otherwise permitted by law.

7. Custom, Made-to-Order and Clearance Products

Some products may be custom-made, made to order, printed to selected options, or supplied as clearance stock.

You are responsible for checking all product options before submitting your order, including size, material, colour, wording, design, drilling option, fixing option, quantity and delivery details.

For custom or made-to-order products, production may begin soon after the order is placed. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Clearance products may include previous designs, discontinued layouts, limited stock, older versions, reduced-price items or products with limited variant availability. You should check the selected variant and product details carefully before ordering.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors or availability errors at any time.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout. Orders may not be processed until payment has been received and cleared.

If an incorrect price is displayed due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. We are not responsible for delays caused by freight providers, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, access restrictions, customs delays, third-party disruptions or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address provided, unless otherwise required by law.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order where required.

10. Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to reject the product and choose a refund or replacement, or keep the product and seek compensation for the reduction in value. If a product has a minor failure, we may be entitled to provide a repair, replacement or other appropriate remedy.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns may not be available for custom-made, made-to-order, printed, personalised or clearance products unless we agree otherwise or unless required by law.

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and current. However, the website may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, typographical errors, pricing errors, image errors or product availability errors.
